The development of the economy and society urgently requires flood control and water environment improvement. The two-dimensional water quality mathematical model of the riverside area of Shaoxing Binhai New City eliminates the irrelevant province. According to the diversion gates and pump stations of the Sanhui areas in the riverside area, the changes in water level elevation, flow, BOD concentration, and DO concentration at each point of the water system on the route are analyzed according to the indicators of newly built and existing sluice stations. The water diversion mode of the Nanjiang sluice is studied.
