ABSTRACT

Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) technology is employed in HCM settings as one of the fundamental IoT advancements to monitor patient health. To increase productivity, an HCM system must include both IoT and WBAN technologies. WBAN is one such cutting-edge technology that has the potential to greatly enhance the delivery of HC, diagnostic monitoring, disease tracking and associated medical operations. WBAN is created by a wireless network of sensors that are fixed on or in the body to collect physiological data. Non-medical and medical WBAN applications are separated by IEEE 802.15.6 or IEEE 802.15.4. The primary aim of all WBAN applications is to improve the quality of life for the user. Regular monitoring from WBAN can lower the danger of fainting, allow for optimal dose, remove hazards of loss of circulation, prevent blindness later in life and prevent other consequences.
