ABSTRACT
The Internet of Things (IoT) provides total services to anything, everywhere and at any time via the Internet. IoT plays an important part in most real-time applications, which present the fourth edition of disorderly technology behind the Internet. M2M communication is one of the subsets of IoT for connecting things. M2M communication allows direct connection between devices such as mobiles, machines, laptops, etc. by using wired/wireless media. In IoT, MAC protocols play an important role. MCA protocols determine who will acquire the channel when a large number of devices try to access the channel. IoT can provide health-related data smartly and securely anywhere in the world, health remote monitoring, patient care at home, controlling the health-related types of equipment remotely, chronic disease treatment and elderly people's health monitoring by using various sensors or devices to collect the human body information.
