ABSTRACT

Based on the data set collected from 2018 to 2022 from the Scopus database, this study represents a systematic literature review of mobile payment usage. Advancements in information technology have resulted in a fundamental redesign of the financial services value chain, resulting in a new business model known as Fintech. Fintech reaches the unbanked people through its technologies. Mobile receipts and payments use cellular and other communication networks to pay for products, services, or invoices with the help of portable electronic devices (such as a cell phone, a smartphone, a handheld PC, mobile telecommunications networks, or near-field communication technology). In this study, Descriptive analysis is done by exporting the data set into an excel sheet and using a pivot table option to show the no of the paper published year-wise and citation analysis based on title and author.
