ABSTRACT

When it comes to enhancing a Post Graduate Student’s employability skill in today’s world of education, faculties need to be very much aware of the requirement of the corporates from the classroom learning. Student-Teacher cognitive approach to learning approach and participation in class is dramatically improving in day-to-day business school sessions. The different certification modules, leadership development modules, and communication skills training are inclusive in every Faculty Training FDP (Faculty Development Program). The most crucial aspect, however, has remained untouched to this day: post-graduate business management students’ and Faculties are Platform Skills Training. Classroom learning is a process a student goes through in his tenure of education for a particular course. Faculty’s platform skills in the field of management studies must be reviewed and developed. In terms of providing value to the audience, the distribution of knowledge or content is equally as crucial as the knowledge itself.
