ABSTRACT
The goal of this review article is to determine the significance of Human Resource Management in labor management in the construction sector. Human Resource Management and its practises can be used effectively in the setting to improve labor management. Scrutinizing HRM and labor management information from multiple sources was done, and pertinent information was filtered based on that. The study revealed various elements influencing labor management and human resource management. Labor management strategies should be effective enough in context to the type of projects to increase labor productivity. The topic’s scope of research is based on information and findings from many sources. Labor management in a company comprises manpower planning. Human Resource Management strategies are used in the process of manpower planning. The research summarises studies on the topic of labor productivity. It also outlines the techniques of Human Resource Management among labour migrants in a systematic and structured manner.
