ABSTRACT
Graphic design has evolved both in terms of techniques and technology over the years. This is due to the inflow of ideas both from the people working in the field directly and those unrelated to this field, indirectly. Graphic design and graphics are constantly researched and modified according to the market requirements. Initially, the trends were not particularly followed during the graphic era but they were constantly developed over previous styles. Over time, increasing experiments and formulation of design principles along with graphic design theories increased the trends as a result of dictating style formation. Styles introduced by the designers during the past 5 decades or more are being followed by students and professionals.
