ABSTRACT
Every country’s economic development depends on the construction industry. In terms of GDP, the construction sector contributes significantly to the country’s economy. The flexible and effective concept of green building has been embraced by the modern eco-friendly construction industry. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the complexity of green building construction and attempt to provide a solution. The author has reviewed numerous research papers in the field of green building and identified several issues. The problems that were found were separated into three groups: Driver related issues, Rating System-related Issues, and other Issues. To overcome these issues, A framework is necessary in the context to all the construction parameters. This paper provides future direction for further research work.
