ABSTRACT

In this fiercely competitive world, it is an uncommon occurrence for marketers to promote their goods to sustain in society for long-term economic prosperity. Several assumptions essential for the success of the organization are identified, which include the need to incorporate Emotional Intelligence and Psychological Well-Being. But the actual sustainability issues have gotten worse during the same time, when our individuals, and organization, lagged in their communal efforts. Innovation and scaling up efforts of an organization can enrich an understanding of what is required for success. Hence, the purpose of the study is Emotional Intelligence manages sustainable development for an organization along with Psychological Well-Being. The research literature findings suggest that Emotional Intelligence is a crucial factor in promoting and maintaining good relationships within the organization and also for the success of the organization in the market
