ABSTRACT
The purpose of this thesis is to use HoloLens2 to develop interactive employee training content by taking advantage of the opportunity for LeadWell machinery company to entrust project production. HoloLens2 is a mixed reality tool developed by Microsoft, which can interact with virtual objects by grabbing, clicking, and dragging without any auxiliary props. HoloLens can quickly scan the user's surrounding environment and create a virtual space environment with spatial information, allowing users to combine virtual objects with natural objects through HoloLens2 while visualizing the surrounding environment and capturing any virtual object place it on the desktop of reality. Mixed reality technology can help to use a simple space environment to cooperate with virtual reality to generate objects, and achieve the purpose of using equal-scale virtual tools and machinery in open spaces for staff training, thereby reducing space and energy consumption.
