ABSTRACT

Modern people commonly experience psychological problems owing to their environment, work, and social intercourse. According to a 2019 survey by the Global Burden of Disease (GBD), mental disorders are gradually being considered one of the main causes of the global disease burden. Moreover, stress causes psychological problems. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the prevalence of psychological problems, including depression, stress, and sleep problems, has increased. In addition to the positive correlation between stress and depression, insomnia has been shown to be a precursor to depression. If the relationship among the three can be identified, disease occurrence can be prevented in advance. Therefore, we designed an integrated application program that included depression assessment, stress assessment, and sleep time records. Eventually, it presents the historical records of these three factors to users in charts, allowing them to observe the relationships between their own stress, depression, and sleep. When one of the indicators is unusual, it serves as a reminder to users to promptly review their own mental state. Thus, this application achieves the purpose of managing the user's physical and mental health and preventing the occurrence of psychological problems.
