ABSTRACT

This paper applies service design thinking and methods to thoroughly explore the formation mechanisms of rural homestays. Based on this exploration, the paper analyzes the rural homestay design system under the paradigm of service design, focusing on the three elements of stakeholders, service system, and service process. Through analyzing these three elements, a theoretical model of service design for rural homestays is constructed, providing theoretical support and reference for the service design and planning of rural homestays, ultimately improving the service quality of rural homestays and promoting the sustainable development of the rural homestay industry.
