ABSTRACT

In recent years, in order to enhance the development of the real estate industry, the public sector has carried out the “one community, one characteristic” plan to make full use of local resources to develop rural economic value. The author of this study started to participate in the “Soil and Water Conservation Bureau's Rural Redevelopment Program” as a teacher in 2014 to enter the community, assist in the establishment of local brand and packaging workshops, and create local industrial brand design, Practical actions such as packaging design promote the community to enhance local brand knowledge and aesthetics. The research results show that: 1. The teaching construction of the local brand workshop operates in the mode of 5 frameworks and 20 learning steps; 2. The teachers mainly use the method of “co-creation by both parties, staged drills, and implementation of responsible practice” to plan and implement; 3. Learners mainly gain from “stimulating creative inspiration, enhancing design aesthetics, and interpreting design ability”; 4. Local brand workshops focus on issues such as “design style cannot be escaped, funding problems, reliance on subsidies, and unfinished industrial chains.”
