ABSTRACT

In view of the current situation that there are few studies on the impact properties of complete welded joints, the tensile impact tests of Q355 steel and 945 steel T-joints were carried out in this study. It was found that the impact properties of Q355 steel joints are better than that of 945 steel joints. The welding heat input has no effect on the tensile impact fracture mechanism of Q355 steel, but the width and matching of the left and right heat affected zones affect the impact properties of the joints; The impact fracture mechanism of 945 steel joint is affected by the change of welding heat input, the impact performance of the joint is better when the heat input value is 7.82kJ/cm.
