ABSTRACT
The Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly has preserved a plethora of documents recording the proceedings of the Legislative Assembly over the decades, primarily as physical copies. Earlier on, manual or physical searches were conducted in libraries to retrieve information by authorized personnel, taking a huge amount of time to retrieve information. Intelligent Search Mobile Application was developed based on the scanned, annotated, and indexed digitized assembly proceeding books, videos, newspaper clippings, and gazettes. This mobile app enables members of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) and staff to access the documents of Vidhan Sabha proceedings at their fingertips, making it efficient to find past information and perform official duties.
