ABSTRACT

Employee well-being has been the most pressing challenge faced by HR leaders and other business leaders, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020, Josh Bersin) and post-COVID. There is a considerable amount of stress, fear, anxiety, and a feeling of uncertainty that has contributed to the ‘pandemic fatigue’. The paper aims to bring out various aspects of well-being to be considered for employees and address their concerns as well as the available technology solutions that can be utilized to cater to these issues. This research aims to bring out the technology solutions that can be implemented to curb various aspects of well-being, namely, the emotional, mental, physical and financial well-being of employees. The study provides a glance over updated technology solutions that can be adapted by other organizations. This is also a ready reckoner for organizations looking forward to increased use of technology for their employees’ well-being.
