ABSTRACT

Currently, human resource technology is entering a golden age and the world is interested in human resource management at a completely new level. Human resource technology and modern workforce solutions provide significant opportunities to ensure optimal team member retention and increased long-term success. An area that has been largely steady for decades is seeing significant change due to the growing demand for a high-quality digital human resources experience. However, technology solutions alone will not produce business results unless we invest in other aspects of human resource organizations. Technology alone will not be enough. As a technology, artificial intelligence plays a role in various human resource processes, from recruiting to assessing employee performance. An investigation into the relationships between artificial intelligence and human resource functions, as well as the various activities undertaken by human resources, will be conducted. In the past few years, artificial intelligence technology has enabled the company to improve its performance and conduct daily operations more efficiently. Because of the dynamic and competitive environment, managers at various levels are experiencing increased pressure and recognizing the 248need for artificial intelligence. A recent survey revealed that approximately 38 percent of organizations are currently using AI for management and dayto-day activities. Over 62 percent of businesses expect to start using it soon. This technology has improved the productivity and innovation of organizations that use it. With the rapidly changing business environment and disruptive technologies, organizations and human resource leaders face tremendous pressure to improve human resource innovation and people management. Due to this, organizations have turned to invest in human resource technologies to improve the human resource impact on business. Disruptive technology is omnipresent in people’s daily lives, particularly among millennials. Disruptive technologies can transform conceptual understanding as well as instructional activities. However, if they are not used appropriately, they can be detrimental. Therefore, these technologies should serve as learning facilitators and information disseminators, both locally and globally.

In this chapter, the main aim of the work is to improve the resource management of the organization with the use of the latest artificial intelligence technology. A technology known as artificial intelligence (AI) allows businesses to expand faster while completing their tasks with greater efficiency. In addition to finance, human resources, marketing and production, this technology has found its way into other fields as well. This chapter explores bloggers’ perspectives on technological innovations, including disrupting technologies in human resource management through artificial intelligence technology. This study is based on blogger opinions and examines that disruptive technology will not only remain disruptive but will also prove to be an opportunity to achieve maximum impact in HR.
