Basically, there is pressure on chief human resource officers (CHROs) to upgrade and transform to a more dependable and quicker AI-supported acquisition of talent for a better consumer experience through a multifunctional and multidisciplinary approach. Thus, large companies are inclined to promote work through technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), digital assistance, machine learning, etc. The top Indian companies have installed AI-driven talent acquisition systems internally and/or externally through outsourcing. Many top companies in India, like TCS and Oracle, are using AI in an exemplary manner. At Oracle, AI, ML and digital assistants are being used in HR functions like talent acquisition, best applicant identification, personalized candidate experience, smarter offers, anytime feedback, goal setting, performance evaluations, intelligent career planning and planning of learning activities for the employees. The paper also tries to analyse the contribution of AI and ML tools and products to more effective talent acquisition.

112A comparative study was conducted using secondary and primary source data to identify the major global HR AI platforms that have been torch bearers and how major companies, especially Oracle in India, are using AI in HR functions, mainly in talent acquisition. Analysis of pre and post-AI scenarios is done to explore the impact on responsible management of removing bias, delays, data-based, open and verifiable, etc. The major findings of the study are that the application of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital assistance in talent acquisition has not only improved the operational and financial aspects of work but has also promoted responsible management. It is not only cost and time-saving but also creates a cordial and positive work environment through removing bias from the data collection processes and thus making the decision-making and application more accurate. The data from websites of the companies and vendors of AI-driven acquisition platforms was examined in detail to bring out the clear connection between AI and its use in talent acquisition.
