ABSTRACT

Concrete is one of the most important engineering construction materials. Intelligent monitoring and quality control of concrete mixing plants directly affect the overall quality of engineering construction. Therefore, in this paper, the improvement of concrete quality from the intelligent monitoring and quality control strategy is proposed. Guided by the concrete production process of the mixing plant, combined with information management technology, Internet of things technology, monitoring technology, etc., this paper analyzes and discusses the aspects of concrete material management, laboratory management, mixing process management, monitoring around the mixing plant and whole process information management, and establishes a concrete production process with quality control, process control, and quality traceability. Finally, through experiments, to demonstrate the impact of output current on the workability of concrete and the impact of rotational speed on compressive strength, it is demonstrated that intelligent monitoring under scientific management has an impact on concrete quality. These results provide support for high-quality concrete and the long-term durability of the project.
