ABSTRACT
This paper summarizes the development and advantages of BIM technology and smart building, points out the crucial importance of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of project construction through the application of BIM technology in smart buildings and combines cases, and puts forward the problems existing in the application of BIM technology based on this.
