ABSTRACT

In our each day existence most of the venture, we perform entails speaking and hearing. The people who are categories of deaf and dumb, have facing problem to communicate with other person who cannot recognize the sign language. In this paper, we have designed an easy embedded-machine based device for fixing this difficulty. In this device, MEMS sensor is utilized for receiving the records from the dumb and deaf people the use of the language ‘sign ’and micro-controller AT8238for managing all operations conditionandAPR9301 voice-chipforvoice garage. Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and speaker sound are also included to display the output to carry the message to deaf and dumb human beings. KEIL software is used for compiling program coding and simulating the design. MEMS sensor recognizes the gestures of someone’s hand and passes the statistics to the APR module that’s displayed inside the LCD unit as well as can be heard from the speaker.
