ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the methods of orientation and phase Mueller matrix tomography of blood plasma polycrystalline networks, realized on multifunctional system 2D Mueller matrix tomography, with formation and complex analysis of the structures of corresponding orientations and phase tomograms of a healthy man and a person, suffering from carcinoma of the stomach. Optic medical diagnostics uses various spectral and laser methods, including spectrophotometry of near-IR band, fluorescent laser spectrometry, optic coherent and diffusion tomography, confocal spectroscopy, opto-acoustic tomography, photon correlation spectroscopy, Doppler tissue imaging and speckle-monitoring of biological flows. It is determined that the field of optic radiation, scattered by biological layers is, objectively, multidimensional and multiparametric carrier of the information about their structure. In this sense, all multidimensional set of optic radiation parameters becomes the carrier of the information ("information print") regarding morphological, biochemical, optic-anisotropic etc., structure of biological objects.
