ABSTRACT
The paper describes a concept of the logistical approach to a fishing-industrial complex functioning and it is grounded the necessity of its improving. The concept is determined by the specifics of such basic processes as: fishery, production of fish-products directly on fishing vessels, the transport service of the fishing fleet, ensuring the safety of navigation and fishery, processing, storage of raw materials and finished products, their delivery and selling on the domestic and foreign markets. The main tasks, goal and features of management of logistics processes in the fishing-industrial complexes are formulated. It is considered the structural elements of the fishing industry which have both internal logistic communication and with the external environment: netting manufacturers, shipbuilding production, product markets, etc. The paper considers a scheme of the logistic chain of a fishing-technological cycle of a fishing vessel and a method of a choice of the optimal strategy of fishing vessels relocation under conditions of uncertainty.
