ABSTRACT
Pleomorphic undifferentiated sarcoma tends to arise in elderly patients and is often seen in the head and neck region. Clinically it can appear as an exophytic, nodular or plaque-like tumor on sun-damaged skin, with a diameter approximately 2.5 cm; it is characterized by relatively rapid growth and is more common in men. Dermoscopy is aspecific.
