ABSTRACT

Lichen planus-like keratosis Despite not being a consensus, most authors consider LPLK as an heterogeneous spectrum of intraepithelial lesions that can originate from previous epidermal or melanocytic lesions (seborrheic keratosis, SL, or actinic keratosis) and are mainly pigmented, involuting by lymphocyte-mediated inflammatory regression.6-8 Half of the lesions are thought to be related to actinic keratosis. The trigger stimulus for the incited inflammation is, however, unknown.9
