ABSTRACT

Creativity and innovation will be an indispensable part of future organizations due to every changing business environment and impact of globalization. This chapter tries to explore the impact of creativity and innovation on human resource (HR) practices in the scenario of globalization and how companies can be benefited and react to the need of the sustainable HR practices. The employee of the present age does not only look forward of the challenging and paying job but also looks for his holistic development which can be only once the organization are creative and innovative. The impact and need of creativity and innovation in organizations and how HR practices can be formed around the concepts is discussed.
