ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: Based on confirmation of the target of environmental protection planning text semantics, this study listed formal analysis and content analysis methods. Two kinds of modeling technology for planning evaluation are put forward: the modeling technology based on the driving force of the model and the modeling technology based on interest—driven model. The future research directions related to semantic modeling technology are suggested: 1) promoting computer information search and statistical techniques in the field of text form analysis. 2) paying attention to the stakeholders' claim, anxiety, dispute and the corresponding solutions during the evaluation process.
