ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Th is chapter discusses end-of-life care in its broadest sense, regardless of diagnosis or place of death. Th e chapter reviews aspects of a ‘good death’, place of death and some of the diffi culties presented to health professionals and families at the end-of-life.
