ABSTRACT
Currently, one of the most frequently performed analyses in biochemical laboratories is the determination of glucose in various biological fluids (1). During the last two decades, there has been a great deal of interest in the development of a device for glucose determination which will be easy to operate, portable, inexpensive, accurate and reliable. The combination of a biological catalyst along with an electrochemical transducer provides a novel and convenient approach for glucose detection (2).
