ABSTRACT
An integrated three-fold Permian chrono-stratigraphic framework for South China, is based on eleven brachiopod assemblage zones. Regional differences between brachiopod faunas of SW and SE South China are interpreted in terms of facies distribution, paleogeography and paleo-ecology.
