ABSTRACT
Subsequently, Cahn and Dermer [37] recognized that introduction of any new nomendature cannot be contemplated unless it is capable of manipulation by computer. The computer also provides the opportunity for any new system to be thoroughly tested before the dedsion is made whether or not it should be adopted by the chemical community.
