ABSTRACT
Modem chemical nomendatnre still has problems of ambiguity, in consistency, and inadequacy, despite considerable codification and sys tematization of existing practices. The increased interest in development of nomenclature in recent years has resulted in the wide variety of novel nomenclatures described in this chapter.
