ABSTRACT
AlxGa(1-x)As alloys are formed processing Al coated GaAs with UV laser pulses. Structural changes are studied by micro-Raman spectroscopy, while chemical composition was determined by either micro-Raman or LA-OES (Laser Ablation-Optical Emission Spectroscopy).
