ABSTRACT
A recent study completed by the authors for the Federal Highway Administration in the United States has identified and classified 24 different types of Deep Mixing Method (DMM) techniques worldwide. Three of these are of the Dry Mix type. This paper describes the evolution of Dry DMM techniques, introduces the global DMM classification, provides general observations on their use, and discusses the international Dry DMM market.
