ABSTRACT
The investing in the apartment hotels is a tool for both developing a numbered hotel fund in the cities and a tool with high investment attractiveness of financing the construction of tourist property. Due to the long-term nature of such projects apart-hotels can represent a good investment opportunity for pension funds for long-term investment.
