ABSTRACT

In the last few decades, there has been an enormous change in the use of digital computers in all branches of knowledge, particularly engineering, that have evolved into automation and Internet-based data acquisition for instrumentation purposes. A computer design with CPU and memory is functional when it is possible to intervene in the program or the data input and output. Data acquisition boards, as they are known, reunite circuits to transfer from the inside of computers all types of analogical signals from the physical processes to be studied for storage, performance analysis, and processing. A microcontroller is a type of dedicated controller containing a microprocessor and several peripherals in a single chip. When the host (computer) starts, Universal Serial Bus (USB) checks all the devices connected to the bus and assigns an address to each. Many instruments for measurement and driving systems need to be quite fast and, to work appropriately, they need compatible signal processing.
