ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the structure and working principle of active disturbance rejection controller, and the active disturbance rejection controller is used in the LCL filter system. It describes the active disturbance rejection controller is applied to the LCL grid-connected inverter and the simulation research is carried out. LCL filter has received wide attention as grid-connected inverter; however, it produces a large harmonic current. PI controller was generally used to control the current in the system of the traditional LCL grid-connected inverter; but it is difficult to obtain a very good result even though the control method is simple. Harmonic signals will be produced in the processes of sampling in LCL inverter, which seriously affect the quality of the grid current. The chapter explores the Active Disturbance Rejection Controller was used in the current control of the LCL grid-connected inverter.
