ABSTRACT
This chapter focusing on animation libraries, has thoroughly analysed the status of the development of digital animation libraries in China. Since the beginning of the new century, the animation industry has become one of the important global cultural industries, domestic animation industry has developed rapidly, and the base is also exponential growth. According to the regional animation library development plan, the rapid development of the animation and animation industry, as well as the development and prosperity of China’s socialist culture, to improve the cultural soft power is in urgent need. The establishment of a special website as the platform of animation resources has facilitated readers to search and make use of modern science and technology. Digitalization of animation library makes animation culture inheritable and animation resources shareable, which provides strong protection for the development and research of China’s animation. The organization of the animation audio and video resources platform cannot be neglected in digital construction.
