ABSTRACT

The sensitivity of various error sources is obtained by MATLAB simulation, and the maximum singular value of the matrix can be considered as impact index of the error. The results of error and accuracy analysis can be of guiding significance for the control system. The error analysis is the basis of kinematic calibration, which pointed out a key link in parallel mechanism. It can provide a clear focus and direction to improve the pose accuracy and calibration of the parallel mechanism. The kinematics accuracy and an improved error model were proposed, and the 3-DOF parallel mechanism was calibrated. The accuracy analysis theory and verification method of a 3-DOF parallel mechanism were proposed, and conclusions were validated by experimental means. The accuracy analysis takes into account various sources of error. In order to study the impact of errors on the accuracy, the input source of the error is usually defined as a unit amount.
