Processable varieties of crops in India are blessed with multiple agri-climatic zones and has advantages of round-the-year cultivation capability. Opportunity seeking involves one's ability to see situations in terms of unmet needs, identifying markets or gaps for which product concepts are to be evolved and the search for creating and maintaining a competitive advantage to derive benefits on a sustained basis. Innovative entrepreneurs often grow restless with the pace of change and lack of control over their future. Size of enterprise reflects how large an enterprise in employment terms is.
