ABSTRACT
The article describes the dependence between the operator’s load parameter during his control of a forklift during dangerous logistic activities and subjective reaction of operator to this load in the form of strain. Evaluation of the operator’s strain is based on the force that is exerted on the intervertebral segment L4/L5 and muscles in the spine by Low back analysis at Digital Factory. It also provides information about values of operator’s awkward postures differing from the neutral working posture during a specific working dangerous activity. Subsequently, the article defines the parameters for an operator, during control of a forklift, when he doesn’t enter into non-physiological working postures associated with discomfort. On the following factors and outputs are proposed solutions for their elimination.
