ABSTRACT
It is important to monitor the application of different population within the analysis of labour market. Our contribution is focused on current state of graduates’ application in labour market and the suggestion of possible changes in education regards to their application. The major factor of functional each modern and developed society and also economy is the share of high educated population. The number of high educated population has increased in last twenty years by 100%. The graduates are not registered in unemployed register very long and nearly 97% of all unemployed graduates are employed during half a year since their registration at the Local Labour Office, Social Affairs and Family. In summary the most important is the language preparation, ICT skills and also connection with practice during study (training and professional experiences) according to the practical requirements.
