ABSTRACT

Significant trends in banking include the development of electronic banking and the expansion of services offered in this way. The basic feature of electronic banking is the delivery of services anywhere and in any circumstances. It basically changes customers’ access to the use of bank products. For clients and banks, it provides an immense amount of opportunities and is a determining factor influencing customer satisfaction. Its content, status and development depend on demand, legislation and technological progress. The authors of the paper are focused on evaluating and comparing the business conditions of selected providers of payment services for businesses. The main aim of the paper is to analyze the impact of current payment services on business users by means of a nonparametric method of measuring the effectiveness of information, increasing the protection, availability and especially the prices for the use of payment services.
