ABSTRACT
The contribution investigates a problem of thermoelasticity of periodically laminated thick plates. To analyse this problem the tolerance modelling method, Woźniak et al. (2008), is used, leading to a system of differential equations with constant coefficients. Moreover, the derived governing equations describe the effect of the microstructure size on the overall behaviour of the considered plates.
