The mathematic model of the 3D generalized Neumann boundary problem for the rotating empty cylinder

In the paper, a generalized 3D equation for energy balance in a cylinder, which is rotating with constant angular velocity ω, is presented with taking into account finiteness of the heat-conduction velocity value. The 3D temperature field in the rotating empty cylinder has been defined with taking into account finiteness of the heat-conduction velocity value.
