ABSTRACT

In recent years, people’s living standards have steadily improved. Thus, the demand for electricity is growing. Besides, electric power system reform is constantly advancing, so the evaluation of power construction projects is particularly important. In this paper, we establish an understanding of the current situation and basic theory of power construction project evaluation. We then set up the comprehensive evaluation index system of a power construction project, establish a three-level index system, and use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the electric power construction project, and the evaluation results are obtained by using first-level fuzzy evaluation and two grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
