ABSTRACT

Typical power electronics has become a fundamental technology of power transformation in modern engineering. Researches on topology of power converter and related analogue circuit controlling strategy are difficult to be novel. On the other hand, research into new power semiconductor devices thrives and demand for higher power density leads to integrated circuits, which means controlling circuits and power device modules are integrated on the same semiconductor chip, and inventions on new circuit topology for higher-frequency switches. For converter controller parts, the core part of a main circuit, digital controlling platform and technology tends to replace the traditional analogous control model. This article introduces a real-time embedded system and applies into a boost circuit to realise DC-DC conversion.
