ABSTRACT
Aimed at the shortcomings of the existing project management software Six Sigma and the training process, this paper describes the design and development of the Visual Basic (VB) based on the idealised Six Sigma software. First, by using the VB programming language on the basis of the Six Sigma DMAIC model, the corresponding tools are added to each stage to form an ideal Six Sigma theory. Then the VB programming language is used to combine the idealised Six Sigma software and Goldfire software, so that the Goldfire software simplifies the search step and across the language barriers. Finally, an intuitive simple window mode required to introduce the training content is presented. The use of the process shows that the software is easy to use, so that the ideal of Six Sigma is easier for enterprises and training institutions to implement, the enterprise staff to the idealised Six Sigma has a deeper understanding, in order to facilitate the use of the future.
