ABSTRACT

On the basis of the simulation theory of the crashworthy vehicle, this paper takes the Chongqing straddled-type monorail vehicle as the major object and uses the application of the nonlinear finite element technique. First establish the CAD structure and import the corresponding CAE software, according to the requirements of the inspection of the grid units, to analyse and research the optimisation unit. Finally complete the straddled-type monorail vehicle body finite element model. Determine the initial speed of vehicle collision by the body and human body impact evaluation criteria and show the deformation of the vehicle collision in the process, in order to analyse the crash construction of the vehicle body in a virtual environment. The results show the effective dissipation of the crash energy and the ordered deformation of the car-body structure, so that the reasonability and feasibility of the design are verified.
