ABSTRACT

Because the existing methods for man-hour quota measurement are time-consuming and laborious, it is very important to propose a new method. Considering the characteristics of power transmission project and quota measurement, this paper presents a hybrid method combined with Least Squares Support Vector Machine (LSSVM) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to measure the man-hour quota. Example results show that, this method can not only reduce the work of quota measurement, but also make up for the lack of sample size. It can provide some reference for quota measurement.
